Institut Pasteur du Cambodge organizes its 3rd PhD Day on March 7th

As part of its commitment to its core missions: Research, Education, and Public Health, the Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC) organized, on March 7, its 3rd PhD Day to showcase the work of its doctoral students and to foster exchange and communication among them. This event provides PhD students with the opportunity to present their research projects to both their peers and more experienced scientists and to answer their questions. It helps unite PhD students, facilitating bonds and networks across various units and scientific fields within our institute.

The IPC is currently home to 18 PhD students (15 from IPC, 1 from IRD, 1 from CIRAD, and 1 from INRAE) of diverse nationalities (11 are Cambodian), demonstrating the dynamism and attractiveness of the institute and of the country for research in the biomedical field. Dr. Claude Flamand, Head of the Epidemiological and Public Health Unit, moderated the two sessions, which enabled 16 students to present their work.
