Based on the global satisfaction survey conducted by IPC between June and September 2024 in the International Vaccination Center, Medical Biology Laboratory, Laboratory of Environment & Food Safety, and Rabies Prevention Center in Phnom Penh, Battambang, and Kampong Cham, we received 1,314 responses, resulting in a patient satisfaction rate of 91%. This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of our IPC team, as well as the valuable feedback from our patients.
