Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC) Takes a Stand for Gender Equity

Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC) is committed to fostering a more inclusive and diverse workplace. This initiative is carried out in collaboration with Shiftbalance, a consultancy specializing in diversity and inclusion, and Gender and Development for Cambodia (GADC), a non-profit advocating for gender equality as a fundamental human right. This project is part of the new ECOMORE program, funded by the French Development Agency (AFD). The initiative aims to develop and implement a Gender Equity Plan (GEP) to strengthen gender integration across the institution. To support this goal, staff members are invited to participate in an anonymous online survey, open until January 31, 2025, to help assess gender dynamics within the organization. Additionally, one-on-one interviews with selected team members have been conducted to gain deeper insights.
