Join Us for the ANRS MIE Partner Site Scientific Days in Siem Reap!
On October 10-11, 2024, Cambodia will host the Scientific Days of the ANRS MIE partner site, a key event focused on infectious disease research. This biennial gathering will unite researchers, clinicians, and representatives from international institutions to share recent advancements and outline future priorities in addressing local and regional health challenges.
With notable attendees, including Professor Françoise Barré-Sinoussi, Nobel Prize laureate in Medicine, the event will showcase important studies, including the CAM-C study on community-based hepatitis screening and the DATURA study aimed at reducing mortality in immunocompromised individuals with HIV and tuberculosis.
This collaboration, established between France and Cambodia since the 1990s, aims to enhance strategies against infectious diseases and strengthen the links between research and public health authorities.
